Castlevania Studio’s New Anime Blood Of Zeus Is A Greek Epic
Produced by Powerhouse Animation Studios of Netflix’s Castlevania anime fame, Blood Of Zeus is an upcoming original anime created by Charley and Vlas Parlapanides.
Set in the world of Greek mythology, it is slated to premiere on 27 October 2020. We even included it in our Netflix October 2020 lineup highlights.
The synopsis reads:
In a brewing war between the gods of Olympus and the titans, Heron, a commoner living on the outskirts of ancient Greece, becomes mankind’s best hope of surviving an evil demon army, when he discovers the secrets of his past and his true heritage as a son of Zeus.
Supergiant Games’ Hades has been taking the world by storm since it recently left Early Access on Steam (check out our review here). Perhaps this series will scratch more of that Greek mythology itch for fans.
