Godfall’s PC Requirements Is A Little Too Godlike For Us Mere Mortals

Gearbox Publishing and Counterplay Games just released the PC requirements of its upcoming action RPG Godfall. And it’s pretty intensive.

Here’s the breakdown:

Minimum

  • OS: Windows 10
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i5-6600
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB or Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
  • RAM: 12GB

Recommended

  • OS: Windows 10
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel Core i7-8700
  • GPU: AMD Radeon 5700 XT 8GB or Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti 11GB
  • RAM: 16GB

Yes, you read right: you need at least 12GBs of RAM and a GTX 1060; that’s pretty damn high for a 1080/60fps setup. It seems as if having the game always online is the least of your worries if you want to play this on PC. For comparison’s sake, the minimum specs are considered higher than the recommended specs for the upcoming RPG Cyberpunk 2077.

Godfall will be out 13th November for PC (via Epic Games) and PS5.
