Star Wars Fans Can Buy Their Own Life-Size Tauntaun Head

The Tauntaun is an iconic beast from the Star Wars franchise, despite having been featured in only one movie; Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. If you ever wanted to own one (albeit just the head), now you can, courtesy of the folks at Regal Robot.

Regal Robot is selling the officially licensed, numbered edition life-size Tauntaun bust from their Custom Character Studio. It’s an authentic 1:1 re-creation of practical life-size props from the production of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.

Measuring at a height of 38 inches tall, the Tauntaun costs a whopping US$6,999.00 to US$7,999.00 since they’re developed with moulds from the original Lucasfilm props. Their New York FX team crafts each one of these busts, and shipping usually takes approximately 16 weeks from the order date.

They also have a Chewbacca bust at US$4,500.00. You can head on over to their website to check them out.

Check out some of our other Star Wars stuff here.
