Last Night In Soho Trailer Teases Edgar Wright’s Psychological Horror Film

Last Night In Soho is an upcoming psychological horror film directed by Edgar Wright, best known for directing the Cornetto Trilogy (Shaun Of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World’s End), Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, and Baby Driver.

Featuring a screenplay by Edgar Wright himself and Krysty Wilson-Cairns, the film stars Anya Taylor-Joy (of Queen’s Gambit fame), Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Matt Smith (of Doctor Who fame), Rita Tushingham, Terence Stamp, the late Diana Riggs in her final film role (of Game Of Thrones fame), and Jessie Mei Li (of Shadow And Bone fame).

The film focuses on a young wannabe fashion designer girl who mysteriously enters the 1960s to encounter her idol. The synopsis reads:

A young girl, who is passionate about fashion design, mysteriously enters the 1960s, where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer.

But 1960s London is not what it seems, and time seems to fall apart with shady consequences.

Last Night In Soho is slated to premiere on 22 October 2021. In the meantime, check out the trailer below:
