Call Of Duty Warzone & Vanguard RICOCHET Anti-Cheat Initiative Is Now Live

RICOCHET Anti-Cheat is already live across Call Of Duty Vanguard and Call Of Duty Warzone with server-side updates and other backend elements to combat cheating. The Asia Pacific is the first region in the world to receive the update, before expanding to other regions worldwide.

For those unfamiliar, RICOCHET Anti-Cheat is a PC kernel-level driver developed internally for Call of Duty and is an evolving initiative that will grow stronger as its systems learn more about cheating behaviour. The driver monitors the machine and processes interacting with Call Of Duty Warzone to determine if they are manipulating the game. This data helps identify cheaters as well as helps the RICOCHET Anti-Cheat team to strengthen the overall anti-cheating security.

This was already originally announced back in October 2021.
