Last Epoch is an ARPG that has recently released and features high fantasy, time-travelling, a ton of classes you can customize, and a hearty endgame. Known as the baby of a Diablo and Path of Exile game, Last Epoch can get very overwhelming for new players. This guide is specifically for the Rogue Falconer class during the levelling stage.
OVERVIEW
The rogue is your classic ranged character. This build utilizes raining down Falcons on her foes. With several skills that buffs your damage, the build is great for levelling as it has enough damage to on shot any monster in the campaign and even scales pretty well into end game.
Take note that when using this guide, always make sure you maintain at most a 5 level difference within the area. When collecting loot, keep gear with high-value affixes in your stash and sell the rest. You can use these later or destroy them with a Rune of Shattering or a Rune of Removal.
EARLY GAME
Before you unlock your mastery, this is what you will be using. Use this setup until you unlock Explosive Trap
- For single target and clear, spam Puncture.
- In dangerous situations, you will use Decoy to taunt monsters.
- Use your Shift to move quickly through the chapters.
FINAL SETUP
You want to have as much Mana Regeneration as possible in this build just to sustain this setup’s Mana consumption.
Here you will put as many points in Coordinated Fade as you need for this to proc when you use your Shift. From left to right on your hotbar, the first skill is 1 point, the second is 2 and so on, all the way up to 5 points required when Shift is final skill on your hotbar.
- For single target and clear, spam Explosive Trap and Dive Bomb.
- If you have enough Mana, you can also cast Falcon Strikes, the active ability of Falconry, just for extra clear.
- If you are low on Mana, stop casting Explosive Trap and Falcon Strikes.
- Once you have Smoke Bomb specced, use it near bosses for extra damage.
- Use your Shift to move quickly through the chapters.
