16-Player Platformer Royale Divine Rush Announced; Pre-Alpha Test Now Available

Gameloft, a renowned video game publisher specializing in mobile games such as the Asphalt Racing series, Gangstar series, and more, has recently unveiled a new intellectual property (IP). Divine Rush, a 16-player platformer royale, will be exclusively released for the PC platform.

In this game, players take on the role of a champion of the gods. Their objective is to cross the finish line ahead of the competition by utilizing various strategies, including shooting, hooking, or trapping their opponents. According to the recently released trailer, players will need to collect Diamonds in order to utilize special abilities granted to their characters. Players are encouraged to utilize their surroundings to overcome challenging obstacles.

One of the notable features of Divine Rush is the infinite number of procedurally generated levels. This ensures that each gameplay experience is unique, providing a fresh and captivating challenge for players.

Each character in the game possesses unique abilities, allowing players to adopt different strategies. They can opt for an offensive approach, relying on powerful attacks to outsmart their opponents. Alternatively, they can focus on defence, using protective shields and abilities to safeguard themselves from harm. Alternatively, players can adopt a speed-based approach, utilizing their characters’ agility to swiftly navigate through the levels. Furthermore, characters can be upgraded with special tools and weapons, such as a jetpack, to enhance their gameplay experience.

Those who are interested can try out the pre-alpha playtest, taking place from 4 April to 8 April 2024 via Epic Games Store. You will be required to create an Epic Games Store account and install the Epic Game launcher. Once done, you’re good to download Divine Rush and play for free!
