PlayStation’s Play At Home Returns This March With Free Ratchet & Clank

Sony Interactive Entertainment launched the PlayStation At Home initiative last year in April 2020 to keep the PlayStation community entertained while practising social distancing.

Last year, they offered two games for free: Uncharted The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey. This year, we’re getting 2016’s Ratchet & Clank for free. This year’s Play At Home initiative kicks off in March and will go on until June 2021.

Starting 2 March 2021

  • PlayStation and Insomniac Games will make Ratchet & Clank PS4 available for free download for a limited time through PlayStation Store from 12pm GMT+8 on 2 March 2021 to 12pm GMT+8 on 1 April 2021.

Starting 25 March 2021

  • Funimation is offering extended access for new subscribers to Funimation or Wakanim in the countries they are available.

In the coming weeks, Sony will share more details on free games and entertainment offers to drop in coming months. This is a great strategy by Sony and Insomniac to hype up the upcoming Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, which is slated to launch exclusively for the PS5 on 11 June 2021.
