Shang-Chi Kicks His Way To Malaysian Cinemas This Week

Local Malaysian cinemas have announced that Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings will premiere across Malaysia on 30 September 2021. It’s the second Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie in two years since 2019’s Spider-Man Far From Home, and after Black Widow, which only premiered in Malaysian cinemas last week.

The movie was previously slated to premiere in Malaysian cinemas on 7 October 2021.

Tickets are now on sale.

The synopsis reads:

Marvel Studios’ “Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings” stars Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, who must confront the past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization. The film also stars Tony Leung as Wenwu, Awkwafina as Shang-Chi’s friend Katy and Michelle Yeoh as Jiang Nan, as well as Fala Chen, Meng’er Zhang, Florian Munteanu and Ronny Chieng.
