VergeWorld Is A Retro-Laced Roguelite Combat Racer Slated For Fall 2022

Need a game that’s a mix between WipeOut and a roguelike? Vergeworld could be that title to scratch that weird itch.

Vergeworld is a retro-fuelled roguelite combat racing game where you fly through procedurally generated canyons, shoot enemies, power yourself up, and survive. The game features high replayability and 16-bit style tunes to go along with its PlayStation 1-era graphics (via IGN). We’ll just repeat the game’s key features in bullet point form below:
