Jon Bernthal To Return As The Punisher In Daredevil Born Again

According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as Frank Castle AKA The Punisher in the upcoming Disney+ Hotstar series Daredevil Born Again, which is set to premiere sometime in spring 2024 with a whopping 18 episodes.

Bernthal will reportedly join the likes of Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock/Daredevil) and Vincent D’Onofrio (Wilson Fisk/Kingpin) in the series, which begins shooting in New York sometime this month. Writers and executive producers Matt Corman and Chris Ord are the showrunners.

Bernthal originally played The Punisher in Netflix’s Daredevil Season 2 in 2016 before starring in two seasons of his own series, The Punisher from 2017 to 2019. All of the Netflix Marvel content is now available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar.
