Rhythm Shooter Robobeat Gets PC Release Date
By Ali'sha Harris|March 22, 2024|0 Comment
UK-based publisher Kwalee and developer Simon Fredholm have announced that their anticipated indie rhythm looter shooter game, Robobeat is coming to PC in less than 2 months.
In the game, players take on the role of Ace, a bounty hunter tasked with capturing the fugitive robot Frazzer. To succeed in this mission, players must overcome formidable robot armies and track down their targets through skilful manoeuvres, such as wall-running and sliding. However, the true highlight of this game lies in the unique music feature. Players can either upload their own tracks or customize them using the in-game editor. By trimming or leaving the tracks as they are, players can effortlessly generate beats that are in sync with their play style. This incredible feature supports various file formats, including .wav, .mp3, and .ogg. Additionally, players can enhance their damage and shorten their cooldown time by shooting in sync with the beat.
Robobeat is slated to launch on 17 May 2024 for PC via Steam. A playable demo is now available.
