Bandai Namco Files One Piece Odyssey Trademark In Japan
It’s been a while since we’ve had some One Piece open-world RPG action, right? We might be getting a follow-up to that based on some recent patent news.
Bandai Namco and Shueisha recently filed a trademark a couple of weeks ago in Japan, which was made public today. The title? One Piece Odyssey. This may be related to One Piece: World Seeker, the open-world game we alluded to. That game was made by Ganbarion and was out for PS4, Xbox One, and PC back in 2019.
On a related note, Bandai Namco also trademarked the following titles: MHUI and MHUR. If we know Bandai Namco and its involvement with licensed anime games, these may be My Hero Academia-related. In any case, it’s business as usual.
