HBO’s The Last Of Us Unveils First Look At Joel & Ellie
By Alleef Ashaari|September 27, 2021|0 Comment
Since being officially announced back in March 2020, Naughty Dog has finally given us our first look at the live-action versions of Pedro Pascal’s Joel and Bella Ramsey’s Ellie from HBO’s The Last Of Us.
The picture doesn’t reveal much, as it only shows us their backs. However, this picture does confirm that the costumes and looks for Pedro Pascal’s Joel and Bella Ramsey’s Ellie will at least be faithful and accurate to the game version in 2013’s The Last Of Us.

So far, the cast includes:
HBO’s The Last Of Us will be written and executive produced by Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and the original game director Neil Druckmann. It will be co-produced by Sony Pictures Television, PlayStation Productions, Word Games, and Naughty Dog. No release date or window has been announced as of yet.
Druckmann has previously said that there will be changes and deviations from how it originally happened in the game. You can find the full details of his quote by heading over here.
The Last Of Us Part 2 is out now for the PS4. In the meantime, check out my full spoiler-free review of the game here, or head on over here for a guide and tips for the game. If you’ve already played the game, then I suggest checking out my 4000-word spoilerific article on why the hate for the game isn’t justified.
