Battle Arena Malaysia will be organizing the Battle Arena: Super Series (BA: SS), a homegrown Dota 2 league for the purpose of giving local casual and semi-professional players the opportunity to experience a professional setting, along with the VIP treatment that comes with it.
It is set to be the first-ever esports tournament to be produced into a reality-show style series, in which their individual personalities, exclusive interviews and moments will be recorded via documentary-style online video content.
With the Battle Arena: Super Series, Battle Arena Malaysia hopes to develop the amateur esports scene and create a more sustainable long-term Malaysian Dota 2 circuit. Here are the dates for the qualifiers and grand finals of the league:
Registration is open to all local Dota 2 teams in Malaysia starting from today on 10 May 2019 but the league will ultimately only host up to 32 teams. In the meantime, head on over to the official website here for more details and information.
