There’s An Initial D Café Open In The Philippines
Fans of racing anime, you may want to check out this place in the Philippines that basically pays homage to the popular manga Initial D.
Speed Star cafe announced the first-ever Initial D concept café in Cebu (via Ungeek.ph), featuring a Toyota 86 and what seems to be emulating a Japanese-style American diner. The café is open in Cebu at the Panagdait Mabolo; search for it inside League Sports Bar.

The place is now in its soft opening phase, so there’s not much news about it yet. All we know so far is that it opens from 10am to 10pm from Sundays to Thursdays, and from 10am to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The café will host its grand opening on 25th March from 3pm to 11:59pm. So if you’re into fast Japanese cars and pasta, you may want to give this a shot if you’re in the area!
