The synopsis reads:

Hela’s Crown Gets Similar Rules To Mjolnir

In this universe, Odin banishes Hela and bestows a rule upon her crown: “Whosoever wears this crown, should she know mercy, shall possess the power of Hela.”

Wen Wu Aka The Mandarin Finds Hela And Her Crown

It’s basically a what if of Hela replacing Thor in 2011’s Thor and featuring the setting of Ta Lo from 2021’s Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings.
