Set after the fall of the Empire, “Star Wars: Ahsoka” follows the former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

In addition to Rosario Dawson in the title role, “Ahsoka” stars Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth, David Tennant as Huyang, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn and Eman Esfandi appearing as Ezra Bridger.

The series is written by Dave Filoni, who executive produces alongside Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. Karen Gilchrist is the co-executive producer.

Last year, we were given the opportunity to interview none other than the former Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and current Dark Lord Of The Sith Darth Vader; Hayden Christensen himself.

“I won’t fight you.”

When Ahsoka says “I won’t fight you.”, Anakin replies “I’ve heard that before.”

That seemingly confirms that this is a post-Star Wars Episode VI Return Of The Jedi Anakin Skywalker because it was Luke Skywalker who said “I will not fight you, father.” in that movie.

Jacen Syndulla Might Be Force Sensitive

Jacen Syndulla mentions that he can somehow listen to the lightsaber whooshing sounds of the duel between Ahsoka and Anakin Skywalker in The World Between Worlds.

This means that he must be Force Sensitive, which is then confirmed by Huyang in the next few seconds of the same scene as he mentions that Jacen must have inherited the abilities from his father, the late Jedi Kanan Jarrus who died in Star Wars Rebels Season 4.

We’re Transported Back To The Clone Wars Era

In The World Between Worlds, Ahsoka gets transported back to the past when she was younger and still the Padawan of Anakin Skywalker during the Clone Wars era (between Star Wars Episode II Attack Of The Clones and Star Wars Episode III Revenge Of The Sith).

Even Anakin is in his iconic Clone Wars armour, which he only wore in the Star Wars The Clone Wars animated series, so this is the first time that we’re seeing it in live-action.

Captain Rex

Captain Rex was a huge part of Star Wars The Clone Wars and he was part of Anakin Skywalker’s 501st Legion. Temuera Morrison reprises his role.

Ahsoka “Chooses To Live”

When Anakin asks Ahsoka to choose whether to live or die, she chooses to live.

Anakin then reverts back to his normal form after temporarily becoming his Darth Vader form.

Ahsoka then comes back to life and the Ghost crew finds and saves her from the ocean.

Ahsoka Uses The Help Of The Purrgil To Reach The Other Galaxy

Ahsoka uses the help of the Purrgil to reach the other galaxy and reach where Morgan Elsbeth and the others went to in the previous episode.

That’s an extremely eventful and emotional episode for Star Wars fans.
